To attain the ABT qualification, students must undergo a series of assessments for each unit, confirming their grasp and practical application of the requisite knowledge and skills for professional proficiency. The course spans five days over five weeks. Upon completing the initial five weeks and two case studies, students will earn the Accredited Beauty Therapy (ABT) qualification, enabling them to secure insurance and commence independent or salon-based practice.
For the VTCT Level 4 Microblading course, students must present evidence of ten case studies, in addition to their existing two, over a period of three to four months following the five-week course. This is aimed at consolidating and showcasing consistent application of acquired knowledge and practical skills.
In total, students must complete the required ten case studies. Upon completing these case studies (after four months), the final two course days will be dedicated to assessments and tests. Case studies will be forwarded to the tutor for evaluation, ensuring adherence to best practices and assessing skill progression.
It’s important to note that not all ten case studies need to be finished for review; each case study can be submitted to the tutor upon completion. Practical assessments and tests (the final two course days) will always be scheduled three to four months after the initial five course days.
Following five course days spread across five weeks, upon completion of these initial five weeks and two case studies, you will earn the Accredited Beauty Therapy (ABT) qualification. This accreditation enables you to obtain insurance for independent or salon-based practice. Upon successful completion of the VTCT Level 4 Microblading/Nanoblading training, you will attain a high level of competence in performing microblading/nanoblading treatments.
